Dear guests, After some embellishment and renovation works we are really proud and happy to welcome you in our new fine dining restaurant Simplicissimus. Chef de cuisine Felix Kersten will treat you with his French influenced creative and demanding culinary art. Restaurant manager Sandra Holstein and her team will recommend only the most exquisite wines in an elegant ambience – during warm temperatures as well on our romantic terrace.
